CMOS_RAM is a menu driven program to back up the CMOS of your AT system to a disk file.  Copy CMOS_RAM to a bootable floppy disk, and run it from the floppy.  Backing up the CMOS will put a file called CMOS.RAM on the floppy, which can be used to restore your CMOS quickly and easily in the event your CMOS is lost in the event of a dead battery.  There is also an option to set the CMOS clock.

  21. Also included is CHEKCMOS, which will compare your CMOS to the disk based file and verify that they match.  This is a good reminder in case you changed your CMOS and didn't back it up, and also a good catch against virus programs that erase CMOS data.
